Nutrition counseling is a personalized experience between you and a dietitian to discuss your health goals, current nutrition habits, and a time to set small realistic and achievable goals. Virtual counseling (telehealth) increases the ability to have an office visit without ever driving or sitting in a waiting room full of people. With the use of just a smart phone and a quiet place at your convenience, you can have your virtual office visit and still have all of your questions answered.
Yoga is an ancient practice to improve health physically and mentally. It has been shown to reduce blood pressure, anxiety and stress. Yoga helps us to slow down and be more mindful of our choices, which can assist in healthier eating.

Insurance is currently not accepted as most do not cover nutrition counseling. However, you can receive a Superbill after your encounter to submit to your insurance company. Coverage is not guaranteed. By joining a membership-based program, you are spending less on each visit than you probably would if insurance did cover it.
