It’s hard to think about laundry or your grocery list when you’re doing downward facing dog on a paddle board over water! So come clear your mind, get lost in the sounds of nature and the joy of yoga with friends.

Yoga at Pine Hills

Every Thursday 12-1pm
7434 Cuevas Rd, Pass Christian, MS

I’m excited I will now be offering a weekly yoga class outdoors in nature. It is a more grounding experience. Pine Hills is a nursery with farm animals and other wildlife that makes it a fun place to visit with the kids. We will practice under a pavilion facing the goats with their cute beards, and the tortoises. The breeze feels amazing when it’s warm outside.

The fun part is, after you are relaxed and standing taller, you can enjoy walking around in nature and pickup some great plants and whimsy yard art.

Bring your own mat, water bottle and any props you usually use for your practice.

Purchase ticket at the door. $15. Cash, card, or Venmo accepted.

Find what you’re looking for

All you need for a yoga class is a mat, water bottle, maybe a towel, and an open mind! If you have trouble balancing, have a chair or stool nearby. Yoga blocks are helpful as you are increasing your flexibility or just enjoy having the floor come closer to you 😉 Pillows are great if sitting is uncomfortable.

Unless the description on the event page says otherwise, all classes are all levels. I offer many modifications and try to make my classes accessible to everyone.  The good thing about virtual yoga on zoom is that you can take a break at anytime, and no one would know. No worry about judgement (although that shouldn’t be the case anyway). If you would like, schedule a private 1-1 session to learn the basics so you can really enjoy and let go in the class with everyone else.
